Not Sure What Coaching Even Is?

Coaching is a series of conversations designed to help you figure out what’s not working in your life and what to do about it. You bring whatever you’re stuck on—whether it’s something in your mindset, your relationships, your habits, or your goals—and we work through it together.

Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t diagnose mental health issues or focus heavily on the past. Instead, it focuses on what’s happening now and where you want to go next. It’s forward-focused, practical, and based on action.

My role as your coach is to help you see what’s getting in your way, understand your patterns, and support you in making real, lasting changes. I’ll ask you questions that help you think clearly, notice things you might not have seen, and stay on track with the goals you set. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you figure out what works for you and how to move forward with it.

Think of coaching like having someone in your corner who’s trained to help you sort through the mental clutter and actually take steps that stick.
