Defining Moments – The urge to keep looking for the next thing isn’t random—it’s rooted in your past. We’ll uncover the key experiences that shaped this pattern and shift the beliefs keeping you stuck.
Time to Grow – If nothing has worked long-term, it’s time to look at things differently. In this session, we’ll step outside the strategies you’ve already tried and uncover new perspectives, solutions, and paths forward—ones that actually fit you.
What Do You Want? – When you’re used to always chasing the next thing, it’s hard to slow down and define what really matters. This session helps you clarify your goals in a way that makes them feel truly yours.
Creating Better Experiences – The problem isn’t that you can’t change—it’s that you haven’t had the right support to make change stick. We’ll reinforce new habits in a way that makes them feel easy and sustainable.
Values & Rules (Parts 1 & 2) – Right now, your mindset is shaped by beliefs that make consistency feel impossible. We’ll rewrite those beliefs to help you build stability and momentum instead.
Celebrating Success – This final session helps you reflect on your transformation, lock in the shifts you’ve made, and set yourself up to keep growing long after coaching ends.
